Our Printing & Fulfillment Process
When you place an order through our Wix-powered store, it’s automatically sent to Printful, our trusted print-on-demand partner. Each product is made to order, meaning it’s custom printed just for you—no mass production, no wasted inventory.
On average, production takes 2–5 business days, depending on the item. Once your order is printed and quality-checked, Printful carefully packages it and ships it directly to your doorstep. Shipping times vary by location but usually take 3–7 business days within the U.S. and 7–15 business days internationally.
This process ensures your items are fresh, high-quality, and created with care.
Return & Exchange Policy
Since all items are custom made-to-order through our print partner, Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind. Please double-check size guides and product details before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost. To request a replacement, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will work with Printful to ensure a quick resolution.
